Spinnin’ Records is known for releasing chart topping singles via all of their amazing artists. In May of 2020 they did not disappoint when Dutch electronic music production and DJ duo Bassjackers released their club banger, ‘Want You (So Bad)’. This big room house party song was paired with an equally as fun professionally animated lyric video that had us all raving.

Bass trap music is the hottest new genre in the electronic dance music (EDM) scene. It has roots dating back to the early 2010s and has had an ever-expanding fanbase ever since. It blends the elements of southern hip hop subgenre trap music with elements of EDM like build-ups, drops and breakdowns. In 2019, budding EDM producer ON THE HUNT released her bass-boosted trap record ‘GORGON’ featuring ESAE and shortly followed the success of that release with a haunting new professional lyric video.

In April 2020, electronic music label Spinnin’ Records, released Nils van Zandt’s ‘Hide & Seek’ an electric dance song which features vocals from the beautiful Grace Tither. As if the song wasn’t fun enough, we were blessed with an epic animated music video that sucked us in to our deepest 8-bit video game fantasies.
