Order & Refund Policy
- The pricing advertised on the LyricVids.com website is for a 2 verse song, with a recurring hook sequence + an intro/outro sequence.
- The video will be provided in 1080 or 4K Mp4 and ProRes formats. Complimentary snippets are included. Other formats can be purchased by request.
- Before we begin on each order we will confirm the video creative treatment using a written description and references/examples where applicable. Once this treatment is approved, we will produce a short 10-15 second sample for additional approval.
- Full refunds are available following the order and treatment, up until the point in time that video production begins. Because of the custom nature of our video animations, once we have begun producing your video - refunds are no longer available. If the order is canceled following the creative sample stage, 50% of the total cost is available to be reused as a 'credit' towards a future project.
- While we do our best to keep an archive of past projects, we advise you to download the files when provided as we cannot guarantee this beyond 30 days from file delivery.
- Once you receive your completed video, you own all rights to the product and the custom elements contained within. Any illustrations produced during the process are also owned by you.
- We may repost a snippet of your video on our socials, and a link to your released video on our YouTube and Blog. If you would like us to not post these, just let us know and we'll be happy to oblige.
